Stand — contract IC26-EX-001
Arrive by 07:00 — no exceptions
The exhibitor, support vehicles and the whole crew must be on site by 07:00 on both days. Anyone arriving later cannot enter, even if registered, and there is no refund, credit or transfer of the amount paid.
The organisation does NOT supply electricity
If you need power, bring your own generator. In the exhibitor area it is also forbidden to prepare food or use gas, fuel, flame or any heat source — that is exclusive to food trucks.
Official contract
Read it before applying: this is the binding document and the one you will sign.
For now this document exists only in Portuguese. The Japanese version will be published here as soon as it is ready.
Mandatory schedule
- Arrival and entry by 07:00 on both days; setup from 07:00 to 08:00.
- Stand built, stable, clean and ready for inspection by 08:00.
- Saturday 24/10: open from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Sunday 25/10: open from 09:00 to 16:00.
- Teardown, cleaning, loading and removal finished by 18:00 on Sunday.
Saturday overnight stay
Goods and structures may stay on site between Saturday and Sunday, as long as they are within the assigned space, closed, stabilised and with hazardous equipment switched off. If you clear out on Saturday you must return by 07:00 on Sunday. Event security does not replace your responsibility for your own property.
Wristbands
Wristbands are issued only to the person in charge, staff and helpers who actually work at the stand. Family, friends, companions, guests and customers do not get an operational wristband. It is personal and non-transferable.
An exhibitor wristband does not give access to the track, driver areas, technical backstage or VIP areas.
Space, structure and setup
- Stay fully within the marked space: do not spill into aisles or neighbouring areas.
- Tents, banners, panels, shelving and tall structures must be firm, stabilised and anchored where needed.
- Tables, chairs, decoration, packaging, lighting and setup materials are your responsibility.
- Display or support vehicles must be registered and stay only in the assigned spot. Unloading and main resupply happen before 08:00.
Products and selling
- The area is for displaying and selling the products declared at registration and approved by the organisation. Significant changes must be reported in advance.
- You set your own prices, as long as they are clear and visible to the public. Till, change, receipts and tax obligations are your responsibility.
- Selling or displaying illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, expired or unauthorised products is forbidden.
The organisation does not guarantee product exclusivity, a minimum crowd, revenue or any commercial result.
How to complete your application
