Iron Crash is a two-day motor festival in Inabe, Mie. People stay all day — grandstand, arena, show cars and the off-road area — and they eat where they are. Festival crowd, festival appetite: lunch, the whole afternoon, and Saturday night.

Arrive by 07:00 — no exceptions
The food truck and the entire crew must be on site by 07:00 on both days. Anyone arriving later cannot enter, even if registered, and there is no refund, credit or transfer of the amount paid.

Mandatory schedule
- Arrival and entry by 07:00 on both days; setup from 07:00 to 08:30.
- Ready to serve at 08:30, with the vehicle parked, stabilised and supplied.
- Saturday 24/10: serving from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Sunday 25/10: serving from 09:00 to 16:00.
- Teardown, cleaning and removal finished by 18:00 on Sunday.
Saturday overnight stay
The food truck may stay on site between Saturday and Sunday, provided it is closed, stabilised and with hazardous equipment switched off. If you take it out, you must return by 07:00 on Sunday. Event security does not replace your responsibility for goods, cash and equipment.
Wristbands
Wristbands are issued only to the person in charge, staff and helpers who actually work at the food truck. Family, friends, companions and guests do not get an operational wristband. It is personal and non-transferable.
A food truck wristband does not give access to the track, driver areas, technical backstage or VIP areas.
Structure, power and gas
- Kitchen, water, gas, generator, power, lighting, utensils, packaging and stock are your responsibility.
- Cylinders, connections, cables and hoses must be intact and protected. Improvised joins are forbidden.
- A suitable, valid and accessible fire extinguisher is mandatory. Do not block hydrants, escape routes or ambulance access.
- Main resupply must happen before 08:30; support vehicles may be barred from moving while you are serving the public.
Licences, hygiene and cleaning
- You declare that you hold or will obtain every licence and authorisation needed to operate in Japan and sell the declared products.
- If you sell alcohol, age checks and the specific licences are mandatory.
- Handling, storage, expiry, origin, labelling and temperature rules must be followed throughout the operation.
- Rubbish, oil, grease, waste water and residue are separated and disposed of as instructed by the organisation. The space is handed back completely clean.
Selling
You set your own prices, with no cap imposed by the organisation, as long as they are clear and visible to the public. Till, change, payment methods and tax obligations are your responsibility.
The organisation does not guarantee product exclusivity, a minimum crowd or any commercial result.
