- Costs beyond the product price
- For bank transfer, the transfer fee is paid by the customer. No other method carries a cost beyond the product price — any convenience-store fee is included.
- Payment methods
- Credit card, convenience store (Konbini), PayPay and bank transfer. Available methods vary by product and are shown at payment. Driver entry and vendor registration are by bank transfer only.
- Payment timing
- Card and PayPay: at checkout. Konbini: by the voucher due date shown at purchase. Bank transfer: within 14 days of registering — without a confirmed transfer by then, the registration lapses.
- Delivery
- Tickets: emailed with a QR code once payment clears. With Konbini this happens after the store confirms, which can take a few days. Driver and vendor registrations: once the transfer clears, the organiser reviews it and emails the confirmation; the service itself is provided on the event day.
- Returns and cancellation
- Given the nature of the event, we cannot accept returns or cancellations at the buyer's request. If the organisers cancel the event, the ticket price is refunded in full. The event runs rain or shine; weather is not grounds for a refund. Where the organisers accept a cancellation, the operating costs already incurred are deducted from the refund: the card processing fee, which the payment processor does not return, and the bank transfer cost.
