Terms of use
Last revised: 2026-08-26
These terms govern ticket purchases and participation in Iron Crash. By buying a ticket or submitting a registration you agree to them. The event organiser is identified at the end of this page.
1.Ticket and credential
A ticket is issued only after payment is confirmed. You receive a QR code by email, and that code is your entry credential. Convenience store payment can take a few days to confirm: until then no ticket exists, and the store receipt is not valid for entry. Keep the code — it is what gets scanned at the gate.
2.Payment
Accepted methods, deadlines and costs are set out on the legal information page. A registration paid by bank transfer requires the exact amount: the transfer fee is paid by the sender, and a short payment does not confirm the registration.
3.Refunds and cancellation
There is no refund if you change your mind. The event runs in the rain, and rain is not grounds for a refund. If the organiser cancels the event, the ticket price is refunded in full. Where the organiser accepts a cancellation as an exception, payment costs already incurred and the bank transfer fee are deducted.
4.Resale and transfer
A ticket is for personal use. Resale for profit and listing on auction or resale sites are prohibited. Giving a ticket away or passing it on at the price paid is allowed. Anyone presenting a valid code is admitted; the holder's name is shown to gate staff, who may ask for confirmation. A ticket obtained through irregular resale may be voided without refund.
5.Entry and conduct
The organiser may refuse entry, or remove from the site, anyone who disregards staff, signage, area boundaries or safety — with no refund. Always follow the instructions of the staff. The pit area and the track are restricted and require their own credential.
6.Minors
A minor enters accompanied by a guardian, who is responsible for them throughout the event. Competing is subject to the minimum age and licence required by the competition rules.
7.Risk inherent to the event
Iron Crash is a motorsport event built on vehicle collisions. There is inherent risk of flying debris, dust, loud noise, smoke and moving vehicles. By entering, you acknowledge that risk and agree to stay within the areas set aside for spectators and to follow the signage. Bring ear protection if you are sensitive to noise.
8.Image and sound
The event is photographed and filmed by the organiser and by authorised professionals. By entering, you authorise the use of your image and voice, free of charge and with no time limit, to promote this event and future editions, in any medium. If you would rather not appear, tell the staff on site; to have an already published image taken down, use the contact at the end of this page.
9.Drivers, exhibitors and food trucks
Driver, exhibitor and food truck registrations have their own contracts and rules, which prevail over these terms on the points they cover. Acceptance is collected in the registration form, and the document applies as published.
10.Limits of liability
The organiser is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged property, for damage caused by a third party, or for traffic, parking outside the contracted area or weather conditions. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11.Changes to the programme and to these terms
The programme, attractions and times may change, and a change of programme is not grounds for a refund. Cancellation by the organiser follows the refund rule above. These terms may be updated; the version published on this page applies.
12.Governing law and jurisdiction
Japanese law applies. The Gifu District Court is agreed as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms.
