How the three days work
- Friday 23 Oct — deliver your own car between 08:00 and 18:00. There is no delivery on Saturday. Rental cars are ready on site.
- Saturday 24 Oct — mandatory check-in 07:00–08:00, document check, signing, and the qualifying heats.
- Sunday 25 Oct — semi-finals, grand final, attractions and prize giving.
Driver and co-driver
Each car carries at most two people: one driver and one co-driver, both registered at entry and present at check-in. No third occupant, and no swapping with someone who is not registered.
The co-driver's admission is NOT included in the entry fee: ¥3,000 for both days, payable in the same transfer.
Who can race
- 18 or older — driver, co-driver and any occupant. Parental consent is not accepted.
- A driving licence is NOT required. Without one, send your Zairyu Card.
- Driver and co-driver both need real driving experience: either of them may take the wheel.
What you will need to send
- Driver's licence or Zairyu Card
- Co-driver's licence or Zairyu Card
- Vehicle document — own car only
- Entry form, filled in and signed
At check-in, driver and co-driver present the SAME document sent at entry.
Preparing the car, and what happens to it
Preparing the car is mandatory and has its own checklist. Every car goes through technical scrutineering and only enters the track once approved.
Once eliminated, the car is moved to the disposal area. At entry you choose between collecting it (end of Saturday, or after the event on Sunday) and leaving it for disposal. Cars cannot be collected while heats are running.
